She nodded. “I-I don’t know…I don’t really know how to dance and the head maid will wring my neck if it’s not done.”

"If the job includes one cake a day free then I'll interview anyway," Elliott answered pleasantly, adding in jest, "Hello my murderer."

"I'll make sure that doesn't happen, nor does anyone really know how to dance especially not when they are as drunk and rowdy as they are in there. I'm dismissing you for the night... ugh.. whats your name?"

"Okay. Lean back again," She advised softly.

She blushed more casting her eyes down. “Anna.” She told him.

Eris laughed quietly. “It’s a slice of cake.” She told him before it dropped at what he called her. “Seriously?”

Alessia quietly leant back with him, pulling the covers over them and then him into her. Resting her cheek on top of his head quietly.

She shook her head. “Orphans don’t get last names my prince.”

Eris rolled her eyes playfully. “What do I owe your visit? I would have thought you would be with Belle being reacquainted.”

"She has... other things to be doing right now, rather than entertaining me. If you are the same then I will make myself scarce."

"Try and sleep again." She advised quietly. "Sleeping helps us heal."

"Your an orphan?"

“Nah it will be nice to catch up like old times.” Eris told him. “There is trouble behind your eyes, are you alright?”

Alessia went back to gently playing with his hair.

"Well, it just means that you can come up with your own last name, mm? How exciting. What would you like to be called?"

"I'm fine. I'm just...adjusting to everything. It has been a long time, things have changed."

Eris nodded. “Your mate is still pretty much the same.” She assured him.

“I-I-I don’t know.” She whispered. “Morningstar.” She told him. “Anna Morningstar.”

"Morningstar?" He wrinkled his nose, and shook his head. "'Your really going to go with that?"

"Mm, no. She doesn't seem it."

Alessia waited for a little while before she let her own eyes slide close, eventually drifting off.

“Yes…I mean maybe…I don’t know.”

He slept until morning and he woke up to attend to his duties

"Maybe choose something more... understated, mm?" He grimaced.

"I don't know... can't describe it."

"Don't go yet, lay back down." Alessia mumbled sleepily.

He looked to her and he smiled sligjtly lying back down with her

She raised an eyebrow. “Well she has grown up, she’s working in a pack now, that was Arden’s idea, she has a friend now.” She suggested. “She’s the Belle you were trying to get her to be.”

Anna nodded. “I will I’m have a think.”

"The day can wait. You can wait until you are called for, these isn't a rush, mm?"

Zion nodded. "Put the cleaning things away, anyway. Go and enjoy yourself."

"I wasn't trying to get her to be anything other than herself, thank you." Elliott wrinkled his nose in horror.

“No I mean herself, like a more confident version of herself and a more confident werewolf, you should see her when she shifts Elliot she’s so sure of herself, so strong.” She told him.

"I do.. the angels brought me ack, with the wolf. They wanted to use me as emotional blackmail against Damian, I got away." Elliott whispered, raising his hand to show the branding of a rune on his wrist. "Ownership stamp."

“That means they control everything about your life, they can summon you back whenever they want.” She asked.

"I'm surprised they haven't yet." Elliott whispered with a nod.

“Do you think they will?” She asked. “I mean Damian runs his kingdom, you won’t see him until he comes to you right?” She asked

"I've already seen him, already went against them to find him. They tried to kill me for it."

She nodded. “Right…” she was thinking about his scenario

"Mm, just.. is what it is. I'm sure it'll come and bite me at some point. Being brought back to life isn't going to be free."

“Not even living the first time is free.” She agreed. “So, you and Belle, still married?”
