Kol kissed the top of her head and tightened his arm around her waist.

Vanessa made a movement as if to wave Esther goodbye, but stopped at the last minute after remembering what she'd been told about her grandmother.

Charlotte walked to Jeremy. "Come on, let's leave them for a while."

Klaus waited until Esther had closed the door before placing Vanessa down onto her feet and heading up the stairs to check on Tatia.

"Her being around wont cause problems for us two though, will it.. I mean.. She won't try to hurt us, will she?" Astrid asked him gently.

Jeremy nodded.

She headed out of the room and she waited for him. "Our room or downstairs?"

"Downstairs,"

Ok then." She headed downstairs.

Jeremy followed

"I hope not but if she tries anything your safety is my top priority."

Tatia was sat on their bed, knees drawn up to her chest with her arms wrapped around them. Her head was on her knees and her hair fell in such a way that it hid the side of her face. She trembled gently as she breathed deeply and tried to calm herself down, not even noticing Klaus.

"And your's mine," She replied quietly, reaching up to brush her fingers through his hair affectionately.

Klaus let out a quiet sigh and moved to sit down beside her on the bed. Pulling her into his arms and just holding her close, "Sshh, don't cry. There's no need to be scared, Tat,"

When she got downstairs, she walked to the itchen and she found a blood bag.

"Of course there's reason to be scared, one look from her and she can send me to my knees in agony, she could kill the girls or you or someone else I love." Tatia got out shakily before she dissolved into tears against him, gripping his hand tightly. "Shes in every nightmare I have, always doing the same thing..." she sobbed.

Kol just pulled her a little closer.

"Sshh," Klaus soothed with a small sigh, hugging her tightly and brushing his fingers through her hair comfortingly. "I won't let her do any of that, Tat, don't be scared. It'll be okay."

Astrid smiled.

Jeremy followed.

"Do you want some?"

"No, I'm okay."

"What if you cant stop her?" Tatia shook her head and buried her face against him as she trembled, stretching herself out a little as he hugged her.

"Want to go anywhere?"

She moved to sit on the counter drinking from one and she managed to use her legs to pull him closer to her.

"Don't think of that, I will be. If she does anything, I'll stop her. Don't worry, don't be scared." Klaus comforted, leaning his head down to kiss the top of her head.

"Mmm, you're the one who dragged me outside. You can decide where we go."

Jeremy rolled his eyes

"What did I do wrong this time?" She asked him when she saw him roll his eyes, stopping what she was doing.

"Nothing, I'm just tired."

"Do you want to go up to bed? I just need to finsh the blood bag and I'll be up."

Jeremy gave a nod and headed up the stairs quietly.

"Because if Tatia pissed off my mother to te point where she used magic I didn't want you around."

Tatia didn't respond to that, simply crying against him, holding him closely.

She watched him go and after she had finished her blood bag, he headed up to bed.

"I know why you did, I wasn't questioning that. I was just saying that you have to choose where we go. It's Kol day today, anyway, so you have to choose."

Klaus sighed deeply and held her close, just brushing his fingers through her hair comfortingly.

Jeremy was already in bed.

"I was fine staying in bed till your mom woke us."

After a few minutes, Tatia stopped crying, having worn herself out as she continued to exhale shakily against him.
