Caleb: Uh about you not aging after eighteen and me continuing to... what happens when I die M? he whispered so only she'd hear him

Matteo: silently ate his food

"We will have children, I will find a way to give you all the sons and daughters you deserve for being such a good man. And they will all adore you the way that I do."

"I'll convince mom to go to Hawaii and get some of her blood, convince dad to turn you. You won't die." Mia whispered just as quietly, her grip on his hand tightening a little bit at that.

"Mm, I know we will." Leon hummed, running his fingers through her hair, "We just need to keep trying, my love, that's all."

"Well I'm more than happy to do that," Kali grinned, pulling the straps of her dress down over her shoulders as she leaned back from his neck.

Caleb: How about this then, let's just focus on the next few years, prove to your family that I'm not leaving nor am I hurting you before you even think of asking again? he whispered back rubbing his thumb against her hand

Leon just laughed softly then and slid his trousers off before pressing his lips to hers and helping her out of her dress.

Caleb: let her hand go and slipped his arm around her waist

Matteo: Are you something like Cal is? he asked quietly looking at Mia

"I love you Leon, my strong, handsome, caring husband." Kali whispered, kissing him softly.

"Kind of," Mia confirmed quietly to Matteo

"Mm, and I love you Kali, my beautiful, strong-willed and minded, caring wife." Leon hummed softly in response, deepening the kiss a bit.

Kali smiled a little at that, moving her hands to his hair as she matched it.

Almost an entire day later, Leon entered his home quietly. His clothes caked in mud from where he had fallen off of his horse, as well as a few cuts and scraps on his arms and on the side of his head. His neck soaked in blood where the vampire had bitten into him to kill him. Quietly he closed the door behind himself and slid down against it to the floor, putting his head in his hands and closing his eyes as he trembled.

"Leon? Leon!" Kali said when she saw him, completely stunned by the state of him. Dropping the clothes she was sewing she rushed over to his side, dropping to her knee's beside him. "What happened my love? Were you attacked?"

Matteo: his eyes widened and he grinned at her Really?! Wow that's so cool you get to be both! I want to be one but my mommy always says no. he exclaimed quietly

Caleb: laughed quietly

Trinity: pressed her forehead to his I love you too Mal.

Leon's nostrils flared when he inhaled and she was beside him. Closing his eyes tighter and whispering quietly in response, "I couldn't save the stallion, I'm sorry… I-it seems Alyssa isn't as crazy as we believed her to be."

Malvolio smiled.

"Shh, the horse doesn't matter Leon, you're home safe now, you're fine." Kali soothed, getting up and heading away, returning with a cloth and bowl of water, she gently began to wipe the blood and mud away from him.

Matteo: smiled at her Do you have siblings?

Caleb: sighed quietly Yes she does Matty but they're not used to playing with kids like yourself, you know it's hard sometimes.

Trinity: smiled brightly at him cuddling closer

"They are used to it, they go to school so they all have human friends. Whether or not they'd be willing to be friends with him is another issue." Mia whispered very quietly to Caleb.

Leon flinched away from her initially, opening his eyes to glance to her. Studying her face for a few moments before her eyes locked onto her neck and his eyes darkened as the veins beneath his eyes became more obvious and dark.

"Before you tell me what happened, I have something to tell you. I'm late, a whole month late as of today. I kept putting off telling you because I was so sure once I did then, well..." Kali told him quietly, paying no mind to his face as she wiped at his arms and neck, tearing bits of ruined clothes away from him and cleaning them up too. "The gods have sent us a child, we're going to be parents." she whispered excitedly, looking up at him and flinching when she saw his eyes.

A bright smile spread across his face at her words, "That's amazing, Kali, my love." he replied. Scrunching his face up a bit in confusion when she flinched which of course made his face return to normal, "What's wrong?" he asked, his eyes flickering to hers every so often though he couldn't seem to take them off of her neck for long no matter how hard he tried.

"Your eyes seemed different, darker. Must have just been a trick of the light." Kali said, a little unsure but at his smile she smiled too, pulling him into a hug, the side of her neck exposed to his mouth as she tucked her head next to his. "I promised you I would give you a child and now, after years it's going to be true, it is the greatest news."
