After a while Vanessa put down her empty cup and pulled Nate into a hug. "I should go now, see my kids. But thank you for being so reasonable and nice."

"It's not like we have been a thing for that long yet, so no, I really don't. I have no obligation to. I really care about you, and I mean it, despite what anyone else says. I think you are a lovely person."

Nate hugged her back, whispering, "It's okay."

Tamara just gave a small nod, whispering, "Okay. That's awful sweet, by the way. Thank you."

"I wouldn't be able to sleep, I'd be imagining your sister finding you."

"You have to because I'm here and I'd walk away from you if you didn't."

"I'll arrange a scan and we'll speak soon, okay?" Vanessa said as she stood up.

"Mm," Tamara whispered, leaning up to kiss his cheek in silent thanks.

He just shook his head a little bit in the negative, "Why don't you just believe me, hm? Lets head to mine, shock my dad who refused to bail me out. Grab my car first, then we can go to my room and get some rest. I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted."

"Okay."

Adrian flushed at that. "No problem."

Vanessa kissed his cheek and headed out then towards her parents, heading in once she got there.

---

"Truth be told I could sleep right now." Olivia admitted quietly, shivering a little then.

"Lets grab my car and get home then," Adam whispered, adding quietly, "M'cold to," as he slid his arm around waist and heading towards where his car was. Taking the keys and getting in after speaking to someone.

Tamara just laughed a little bit and smiled at him.

Olivia got in and curled herself up into the seat.

---

"Dad? Mum? Leon?" Vanessa called.

---

"I'll go sort your room..."

"Okay.. mind if I pop out to pack an overnight bag then?" Tamara asked, "Hate wearing the same clothes two days in a row." she explained quietly.

Adam reversed and drove back towards the house then.

---

"Livingroom." Klaus called.

"Sure, I'll drive you."

Vanessa headed in.

---

Olivia was soon asleep in her seat.

"You'll make yourself exhausted, unless you slept in the car too I can't imagine you've had much rest." She laughed, getting to her feet.

"I can sleep later."

"Bet you're exhausted." She mumbled with a frown before heading out of the room and down the stairs. Heading out of the house silently.

Adam got out of the car when they got back, waking Olivia gently, "Come on, I'm sure the bed'll be more comfortable." he hummed as he got out.

"Hey Ness," Klaus greeted.

Adrian followed, ignoring his brother as he got into his own car.

Olivia shook her head. "Don't wanna go in and face your parents." She closed her eyes again and curled up once more.

"Hey... Has Leon told you everything?"

"Don't have to face anyone, sweetheart, just go straight up the stairs and get some shut eye. People are just idiotic anyway, just because they've never particularly known anyone or had any kid of relationship with someone they wouldn't know what it's all like care for someone." Adam replied, saying the last bit a little louder so Adrian could hear, lifting his head up to glare at him.

Tamara raised an eyebrow at Adrian, asking quietly, "What's his problem?" as she got into the car.

"More or less." Klaus nodded, pulling her into a hug. "It'll be alright."

"I'm fine sleeping in the car." Olivia argued.

"He's sleeping with my dad's ex, probably to get one up on him. He knows he shouldn't be with her and I told him so." Adrian shrugged as he drove off..

"I know: I've spoken to Nate and he was surprisingly nice to me."

"That's a bit weird, what he is doing." Tamara whispered.

Adam just huffed and walked around to that side of the car, opening the door and lifting her out. Simply carrying her inside and up to his room, placing her on the bed before heading back down the stairs and in the livingroom to see his parents. Hissing sarcastically, "Love you both too. Least Rian got me out."

"Good."

"Mm."

"You shouldn't be here."

---

"Still... I didnt expect to have any more kids."

"Really, where the hell should I be?"

Tamara watched him drive silently before looking out of the window. After a few moments of silence she asked gently, "What happened to you… vervain wise? I don't want to pressure you into telling me so you don't have to answer if you don't want to but…" she shrugged .

"I ingested a large amount in hopes it would kill me..." Adrian whispered.

"In a prison cell for the night."

"You have to face the consequences of your actions, Adam," Astrid replied simply

Adam snorted and shook his head, "Adrian bailed me out, at least I know someone is this bloody family cares, right? Even if he did only get me out to lecture me. You two need to get over it, me and Ollie being together, we're happy."

"Does that relate to the whole really lonely thing we spoke about once?" She asked gently, frowning deeply as she reached over to rest her hand on his leg in comfort

Kol just shook his head. "She's not good for you, she's encouraging you to do stuff like this!"

Adrian just nodded.

"This is gonna get lonely for me, isn't it?" Vanessa whispered against her fathers shoulder. "When I start showing Leon isn't gonna wanna touch me anymore... Probably isn't going to want to look at me."

"As if I haven't done this before with some random girl I met in a bar, please. I'm no angel, no Adrian, you don't know half of the things I have done." Adam replied with a hiss.

"Well, like I told you before. Gimme a call or text if you ever need me to talk to, someone that isn't your family." Tamara whispered, "Hope you're feeling a little less lonely now.."

"Well then maybe Olivia deserves better if you're just using her to add to your list of conquests!"

"I think if Leon was like that he wouldn't of started to get to know you with Holly, Ness. If he's told you it's fine then he isn't going to be horrible towards you."

"Ah, you think because that is all she was to you that it is all she is to me?! Hell no, I actually care about her. Give us a few months or however the fuck long it'll take and I'll say love, because there is potential to call it love that's how strong it feels!" Adam hissed, "I think you're an idiot for choosing mum over her, Ollie's beautiful, overall, though I'm glad you were blind because now I can be with her."

"Adam!" Astrid hissed.

"Not horrible, just distant... Were you able to hug and hold and touch mom when she was pregnant with Astrid? Even though she isn't yours?"

"She meant more to me than that and you know it, which is why I think she deserves better than you just using her! I have loved Ollie, I still do in some way, and you just using her to get back at me isn't what she deserves!"
