Reuniting Tornedalians

"Our son," she corrected with a light grin.

He smiled. "Of course."

She smiled. "However we're here for a reason. Christian! Come on!"

"Nah, leave him, let him have his fun." Elijah told her and he looked at Michelle. "He'll be back."

She frowned a little.

Michelle nodded. "I know.

Elijah looked at Marie. "Your baby will be fine, you know he will."

"That isn't what I'm worried about..." she whispered glancing towards Michelle.

"Then what are you worried about?"

"She's already confused by all this. We don't need her getting frightened to Eli."

"How you doing over there Michelle?" Elijah asked.

She just nodded looking around. She might have looked nervous but she was mainly looking for Christian.

"Come on, this way." He told her just as Christian almost appeared next to her and he slid his hand into hers.

She smiled squeezing his fingers tightly walking with him.

He smiled softly at her, following his parents.

She followed along at his side.

He slid an arm around her.

Michelle leaned against his side staying close to him.

Marie walked beside Elijah silently.

They soon came to a man who could only be determined as the leader of the group that they were in and after the man greeted them happily, he led them to his own 'tent' and he had them all sit down.

"Now, what's made you all come out of hiding?" The man asked as he sat in what looked to be a throne.

Marie followed sitting herself down beside Elijah.

Michelle sat down beside Christian keeping a hold of his hand.

Elijah explained the situation to him as Christian slid his arm around her waist.

She leaned against him listening quietly.

The man nodded and he sat back in his chair thinking, before he came up with some reasons why it would be a good idea, but then he went to the reasons why it wasn't a good idea and it turned out, Elijah and Christian were the best examples of why it wasn't a good idea.

Michelle did appear to understand. She looked up at Christian. "What does he mean? There's nothing wrong with you..."

"When I was younger, much younger, I found it hard to control what I was." He told her. "I have the powers from my grandmother, who was the Great Witch Elisa, just like my father and uncle have, but I also have a vampire side, the two sides fight each other for power." He shrugged.

"And that's what will happen if I get turned?"
