She kept as close as he wanted.

He smiled softly, pressing kisses to her heads.

She smiled snuggling close.

He kept her close.

CJ kept as close as he wanted.

"I love you." He whispered to her.

"I love you too."

"Good."

"You know that I do."

"Of course I do."

"Good," she tapped his nose playfully.

He smiled.

She smiled back.

He gently kissed her wrist when he caught her hand before he pulled her closer however before he could do anything there was a knock on the door.

CJ looked at him and smiled nodding once. "Go ahead and answer it."

He threw some jeans on as he walked to the door and be found Alice behind it.

She rolled out of bed and got dressed, running a hand through her hair before joining him at the door.

By the time she was ready Mathew had brought Alice into the lounge.

"I'm begging you to be cautious." Alice told him. "Because you are still my brother, family above all." She told him. "And the elders won't stop from killing you if they see you, just please stay out of the way for your own sake and that if your love and your child."

Mathew looked at her, he knew that Alice was better at catching things like the future of lives and the creation of new ones than he was but he didn't think she would pick up on anything with himself and CJ just yet.

CJ eyed them both curiously as she entered the room opting to sit herself on Mathew's lap and leaned back into his chest. "What's going on?"

"The elder angels are coming down to earth." Alice told her.

"Which means that our parents are coming too."

She looked between them. "And what's this mean? Why are they coming?"

She shrugged.

She looked at Mathew. "They won't take you from me..."

"They won't take me." He told her.

"No they'll kill you."

CJ sent a mean look her way. "They'll have to kill me first."
