"I think Commodus is pretty cool." Kayla told him, offering the Daemon some meat from her plate.

"Well, my name is Jeanna, Kai is mine, and he is about to steal the bread from your plate." She nodded to where Kai had scampered up the table leg and was reaching for Zephyrs plate, daringly slow, waiting to get caught.

Commodus sniffed at it, looked at Zephyr first and than gently took the piece of meat from Kayla.

Zephyr chuckled lightly when he spotted Kai. "Hey, there. How about I split it with you, hm?" He broke the piece of bread in half offering a piece to Kai.

Remy was pretty quiet taking things in, Hudson somehow managing to fit himself beneath the boys chair.

Kai nodded and he took what was offered to him, scurrying away.

Pip wandered over to Hudson, sitting next to him.

Kayla giggled, watching Commodus, before she looked over at Remy. "What about you Remy?"

Zephyr chuckled lightly at Kai.

Hudson eyed Pip curiously but didn't seem to bothered by him at all.

"There's not to much really... I'm pretty simple."

Kayla raised an eyebrow. "Do you live far?"

Pip sniffed him.

Jeanna smiled. "You have a way with other daemons."

"Not really. Near where the stream is."

Zephyr chuckled. "It depends on the daemon."

"Really?" She asked. "I didn't think that anyone lived near there."

She smiled.

He nodded. "I can show you sometime if you like."

She nodded. "That would be great."

Remy nodded. "Awesome. Maybe tomorrow."

She nodded.

He smiled softly.

She smiled back.

Remy and Zephyr both ate silently for a few more moments. "So tell us about you both than."

"Well, I moved here a few years ago, my sister joined me a few months ago." Jeanna told them.

Zephyr nodded. "That's nice."

"Parents are living in Arkansas." Kayla shrugged. "I go to the high school down the road and Jeanna works as a receptionist."

Remy nodded. "I know, I've seen you there."

She smiled. "And I've seen you."

He nodded vaguely wondering why they had never spoken before.

She smiled, she wondered where he had seen her, she mainly.kept to the library in school.

He wasn't sure, perhaps in the hallway or lunch.

Zephyr continued to eat.

Jeanna continued to eat.

Kayla glanced at him.and she smiled slightly.

Both boys continued to eat their food in silence.

The girls are in silence.
