Reuniting Tornedalians

Peyton headed down the stair then, sitting herself down on the arm of the arm chair in the livingroom.

Geo followed, sitting down on the sofa. "I feel like I'm in trouble."

"Not at all,"

"No one is in trouble, and both your father and I agreed this is worth a conversation. Right?" She hummed, looking to Andre.

"This is still really suspicious,"

"It was because of a demon this time," Peyton began, "But next time it might not be, so, we need to discuss it. You both need to know that you can discuss it, and you should. If you ever feel trapped, or suffocated, or tired. With each other, with either your father or I. No judgement, even if it is over something tiny, even if it feels huge. We need to be open to each other."

Geo grimaced.

"I think we should start now, does anyone have something... anything to say about how they feel, about anything?" Peyton offered, looking from Andre, to Belle, to Geo.

Geo just shrunk in on himself.

"We wanted you to go so you could support him, and hoped that along the way you would be able to expand your own social circle too or learn things that your father, I and the Internet are unable to teach you." She explained quietly.

"It's always good to have more than one friend. Give it a proper go, if you still hate it by the end of the academic year then we will have another conversation about it, deal?"

"They didn't, but I didn't get a say in that and you are not them. It'll be good for you, and Geo wants to go - it would be nice if you would support him." Peyton hummed, before looking over at Geo, "Now then, you, was any of it how you have been feeling even a little or was it all that demon?"

Geo frowned, shrugging a bit and mumbling, "We haven't had a good year, and everything is different now. Everyone has been fighting, a lot."

Peyton just nodded, before looking to Andre to encourage him to talk too.

"I thought we were meant to be talking about how things made us feel not gave you both telling us to put up with it. Family's don't fight the way we do. Sisters aren't meant to be that close to death and then barely spend any time with you afterwards, you two arent meant to fight as dramatically as you have been after the same incident. Ever since Belle fixed herself she has been doing whatever she wants and you two have been at each others throats and I have been alone so yes, your right, it wasn't all the demon it just increased it. I do feel lonely, and like no one wants to spend time with me and school didn't help because all Belle done was moan about being there and everyone was looking at me and I dont know how to make friends." Geo answered sharply. "None of that is normal."

"I dont have a best friend! I barely know her, I met her once! Whats the point of saying we can talk to each other about how we feel when you all just disregard them?! This is bullshit, all of it is. I'm done with this stupid meeting, no one gets anything." Geo muttered, getting up and leaving the room.

Peyton just sighed.

"They provoke each other," Peyton mused quietly to Andre. "I don't know what we can do to help.."

"Hopefully not, teenagers are difficult." She laughed, almost humourlessly.
