"If I die Leo so does she." He walked to Rose and he pulled the tiara she was still wearing from her head, ignoring if it hurt her or not. "Your little whore won't last the night, give me back my wife and the brat, give over your kingdom. As you certainly aren't fit to run it." He told him. "And I might bring you back your wife, she might be pregnant by then or not I could not tell you."

Rose winced as the removal of the tiara pulled out some of her hair too, "No give it back, Aunt Alicia said that I could have it. She said all princess' had to have one!"

Gwen tensed, both at Jasper's words and at his behaviour toward Rose. Gripping tightly onto Hayden's arm.

"I will give you the money stated in the letter, you do not get the kingdom though, nor Gwen."

"Then sorry Leo you won't be getting your wife, maybe she can give me. Some. Male heirs." He looked to Rose. "Youre too ugly to have one, don't believe in something Yoire not."

"You shut your mouth." Hayden warned him.

"No," Gwen whispered, before repeating the word a little louder as she built up confidence. Taking a side step around Hayden and approaching Jasper, "You can have me, just let my sister go... let Rose remain here, you aren't fond of her anyway."

Rose frowned, watching closely.

"You are getting closer and closer to a death sentence Jasper. Gwen, stay away from him."

Hayden brought both her a s Gwen behind him.

"Shane to see you're sti alive, Hayden, I should have killed you in them cells."

"Hayden please stop trying to stop me from doing what I have to do in order to save my sister." Gwen whispered.

"Guards, please let us stop all of these theatrics and throw this man into the cells once again." Leo commanded. "We shall all go and collect Alicia ourselves then, we do not negotiate with monsters."

"You're my wife and she is my daughter I'm not letting you go back to life even if that's the last thing I do." He told her and he looked to Leo. "Let me join you."

The guards grabbed Jasper who just laughed.

"Oh do not fret, you will be coming - you have to for your mistake and you best pray that we get there before they touch one hair on her head." Leo told Hayden sharply. "Gwen, you are to stay here with the child." he commanded before getting to his feet and left the room, "Lets get moving - now."

Hayden kissed her head before he headed out with Leo.

Gwen swallowed thickly and watched them go, wandering over to pick the tiara up off the floor. Walking to her daughter and placing it back on her head gently, "Don't listen to anyone who says anything so nasty about you."

One of the maids walked over. "My lady, may I run you a bath?"

Gwen shook her head in the negative, "No. No i just want to be alone with my child."

A few days later Hayden had joined Leo's army and they were all at their camp just opposite Jasper's Kingdom. He was watching Jasper who had been brought in a move able cage as Leo wanted to see if a simple trade was possible.

Leo stood on top of the hill, silently waiting for Jasper's people to bring Alicia as had been agreed.

Hayden was stood behind him and he watched as Alicia was dragged up the hill, she looked beaten and bruised and Hayden felt his gut clench, but he watched as she walked like a queen not giving. Her captors any good with showing fear or pain.

Leo tensed, very subtly - it would of been unnoticeable to almost everyone. Easily spotting the pain and fear in Alicia's eyes, which filled him with rage. "We are going to make this nice and simple, you get your precious king back and you return the Queen to me."

Alicia's eyes fell on him and she looked relieved but also worried for him.

"Give us our king first." One of the guards told him.

"Abosuletly not, we do this at the same time. Hayden, bring the King to the centre." Leo told him, whilst he stepped forward and reached his hand toward Alicia.

Alicia went to reach for his hand on impulse but the guard pulled her back as Hayden dragged Jasper through.

"Well, what are you waiting for?" Jasper asked and the king and his men were currently surrounded with numerous armed men.

Leo exhaled slowly then, trying not lose his cool though his patience was wearing thin. Just wanting Alicia in his arms.

Jasper looked to Hayden. "Might want to let me go idiot or you're all dead."

"Let him out of the cage but do not let go of him." Leo told him. "They need to give us Alicia."

Hayden nodded and he did as he asked.
