"Yeah well, he and I were becoming friends too." Rose muttered.

"It'll be fine, it takes time." Gwen whispered, "It may take years, but it would be foolish of us to not admit that it is hard. Let's leave it at that, how are you anyway, Alicia?"

"I am well thank you." She told her. "Yourself sister?"

"Apart from our previous conversation, and the natural nervousness over Hayden... fine, just fine."

She nodded. "Well, I do have some news, unfortunately it is not the news you want to hear, but it is good news." Alicia told her.

"And what is that?"

"Leo and I are expecting a child."

"You are? Oh that is wonderful Alicia - congratulations."

Alicia smiled softly. "Thank you sister."

"When are you due? Does Ĺeo know?"

"Leo knows." She told her. "I found out the day before he left and told him that night." SHe told him. "So I'm due in approximately 7 months."

"You must be so excited,"

She nodded. "I am."

"Mm, and you know for sure Leo will come back. He is the King after all, he is the safest one of all of them."

"Come now Gwen, you dont think Hayden will fight tooth and nail to come home to the pair of you?"

"I think if he were in a battle situation, he would jump in front of a sword or arrow to save Leo without even thinking about it, just as all of the men who went out there would - because that is their job and they have more duty then sense."

Alicia smiled softly. "Leo is the same you know."

"He is the safest one out of all of them though, you must know that."

"I do, but given the chance he would die for his men."

"Mm, I know. He won't though."

"Maybe, maybe not."

Gwen just rolled her eyes.
