"I... I supposed it can be called that, yes." Penelope whispered as she drove.

“Well what else would you call it?”

"Don't worry," Penelope whispered, reaching over to squeeze his knee gently. "Everything is fine for you now... you won't have to worry about anything again concerning my family or I. You can all heal."

“You think everything is fine?” Alex hissed then, furious. “Fine?! My uncle is dead! My family won’t speak to me! A child is still to wake up and could very well die any day now. There is no healing from this!”

Penelope shook her head, moving her hand back and pulling up just beside his car. Whispering a final, "Bye, Alex. I'm sorry, me loving you was never a lie."

“Don’t.” Alex shook his head. “Don’t do that like our entire relationship wasnt a set up, like everything wasn’t a complete lie to allow you to get close to my family. You don’t get to pretend. It’s not fair.” His voice cracked then as he looked out of the window. “What you’ve done is not fair.”

"It wasn't," Penelope whispered, "I never lied about how I felt about you, I love you."

“Stop lying!” Alex shouted then, hitting the dashboard in frustration. “You’ve completely fucked me over Penelope. You knew exactly how to work your way in... and the worst part is after everything you’ve done, I still love you. Despite the fact that I know in my head that it was all a fucking lie! I want to hate you. I should hate you...”

"I'm not lying," Penelope whispered, "I love you, and I hate myself for getting you all caught up in this mess. You - you go home and be with your family, forget about me. I'm going to join mine."

“My family don’t want me anymore Penelope... not after what you’ve done.”

"Stay with me then..." She offered tiredly. "If we both have no one."

“When I don’t trust a word you say? For all I know you’ll slip a knife in between my ribs when I sleep...” Alex shook his head, opening the car door. “It was real for me… you’ve ruined me for everyone else. Hope you know that. You’re the only woman I’ll love because I won’t make that mistake twice.” He whispered before getting out and getting into his own car.

Penelope swallowed thickly and just nodded weakly, waiting until he had gotten into his own car before reaching into her glove compartment for her gun. Holding the barrel beneath her chin and exhaling slowly as she flicked the safety off and went to pull the trigger.

Alex started his engine, taking a look out of his window to check before he pulled out - stopping as soon as he saw what she was doing and getting out of the car, opening her door up again. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?!”

Penelope moved the gun when the door opened, too worried he would end up injured somehow if she pulled the trigger then. "Go. Home. Alex."

“You can’t - you can’t kill yourself.” Alex shook his head. “I won’t let you.”

"I have nothing. I need to be with my mother..."

“Im not letting you do this.”

Penelope shook her head, whispering shakily; "I love you, I am so sorry. I can't - can't live with myself I..." she stumbled, positioning the gun once again.

“Stop it!”

"Bye..." She breathed, before the trigger was pulled.

Alex flinched violently as he jumped back, hand going to his mouth to barely stifle the scream he made.

Just checking in on my similar name buddy, how are you doing? Its been a few days Alexia text Alexander a few hours later, using Caliban's chest as a pillow as she sent it off.

"Mads," Marlowe whispered as she wandered into Sienna's room to see him, her hand on Theo's shoulder as she guided him in ahead. "You said to come down, what is it? Is she okay?"

((She says after causing the trauma ))

“She woke up, started asking for you… she’s lucid. Don’t think there’s any brain damage…”

She’s dead. He’s dead. It’s over. Leave me alone.

Caliban lazily ran his fingers through her hair, other arm covering his eyes as he dozed

“If you don’t want a follow up to … that then I get it.” Serena said quietly as she sat back down on the sofa, handing Dorian a coffee she’d just got up to make. “It was time to cut the tension but I know that it doesn’t necessarily mean anything to you… just scratching an itch?”

(( It was the only viable option, other then her disappearing which is less dramatic and a bit dull ))

"She woke up? Oh thank god," Marlowe whispered with a sigh of relief. Opening her mouth to say something else but being stunned into silence when she heard Sienna groan; the talking waking her from her light sleep.

Alexia frowned, calling him instead then. Slowly sitting herself up so she could hold the phone to her ear.

"I-" Dorian began before grimacing. "I think we need to.. discuss the intentions behind that. You said finally.. why did you say that?"
