Morning, loser.  Welcome to Sanguine Wood Prison. Here we have a bit of everything - hardened criminals and the lowest of the low to your petty bread thieves (I'm looking at you Valjean) and kids that have just gotten on the wrong side of the tracks. Are you going to keep your head down and serve your time, try and get out early on good behaviour or are you going to liven the place up, work you way through the ranks and be top dog? The choice is yours! Just try not to get on the bad side of the prison guards, or your lawyer if you have one. It'll be useful to you to have them like you if you want any extra privileges.

"Come on Dunkley, get out. You know how this goes, an hour of sunshine a day, sunshine." Noah commanded, though his voice was unbothered, his arms folded over the front of his chest in a relaxed manner as he peered through an unlocked prison cell at the man who was sat on the lower bunk inside.

Hudson hadn't spoken a word to the guard, something he had chosen to do from the moment he had been thrown into the prison. Eyes narrowed in daggers to Noah, whom he had a particular gripe with due to the short amount of time the guard had been working.

"Oh hello, boys, fancy seeing you out here." Misha called across the males yard through the chain link fence that divided them. Eyes sparkling with mischief as she curled her fingers around the wire and shook it to try and get their attention.

Chester was leaning against one of the walls of the prison, he had kept to himself as much as possible, but had settled a few scraps in between, his right knuckle was still taped up from a recent fight he had gotten himself in to. He hardly interacted with anyone, just watched.

Thalia was just finishing up with an inmate in the hospital wing, he had been one of the ones that Chester had gotten into a fight with and right now she was stitching a wound in his face that had become infected, a prison officer was standing nearby in case the inmate went for her, but she wasn't worried.

"You need to get out to the yard too, Mclaine." Noah quipped over to the other inmate he spotted out of the corner of his eye. "Take Dunkley with you, it'll save me wasting my breath. I don't have the motivation for this today."

Hudson's nose wrinkled distaste, his gaze moving from the guard to Chester. Raising an eyebrow as if challenging him to argue against the guard.

"Oh your all so boring." Misha huffed when she didn't get a response, skipping away and sneaking back into the building when she had the opportunity to. Going towards the hospital wing and whistling from the hallway to get Thalia's attention.

Thalia had just finished with the other inmate and she looked over at Misha, her office had almost like a prison door on it with an officer on the inside with her. "Can I help you?"

Chester looked to the guard. "No thanks mate, not feeling like making friends today."

"Maybe.." Misha hummed cheerily, nodding towards the officer. "I can't speak to you with big guy here though. It's... personal shit, y'know?"

"You think I care if the two of you are friends? Please." He scoffed. "I just need you both outside - you need the vitamin D apparently."

"I'm sorry Misha, you know the rules." Thalia told her. "I can have a female officer here but that's the best I can do." She offered.

"I'm doing fine here," He looked to Dunkley. "You doing fine too so this guy ca get off our asses?"

Hudson rolled his eyes, falling back onto his lower bunk and pulling his legs up onto it aswell. Closing his eyes to try and drown out the voices.

"Ah, you both know that's not how it works. I don't care if 'you are fine here'. You have to be out there, its the rules. Now tou can either follow those rules or I can throw you you in isolation."

"Come on, T." Misha grimaced. "It's personal personal. You can trust me, you know that. I ain't dangerous- not to you."

"Misha, I could be fired, rules are rules."

"I can be outside, but the door stays open." The officer told them. "It's that or nothing."

Chester rolled his eyes and pulled a dice from his pocket, rolling it around his fingers.

"Yeah; yeah whatever. That'll do I guess." Misha snorted in displeasure, stepping into the room qnd waving the officer out. "Go, go."

"Get outside or the dice is removed. It's a luxury."

The officer looked to Thalia who nodded and he left the room, the door staying open as he said.

When he was gone, Thalia looked to Misha. "What's the problem?"

"Or I could jam it down your throat." Chester told him, he spoke so casually about it it could come across as slightly sociopathic.

"Nothing. I miss you. I wish spoilt sport over there could disappear so we could hug and no one would know we were friends on the outside." She hissed, trying to keep it so quiet only she could hear, walking to the back of the room so ahe could sit herself up on the bed. Pouting childishly, and answering a little louder; "No one is talking to me out there. Even the guys. This sucks, I'm going insane."

"You could; but that'd be an awful amount of cleaning for the other staff to do wouldn't it? Poor things." Noah snorted, unbothered. Glancing across to Hudson when he made an audible chuckle in response to the exchange. "Aye, there it is. He isn't deaf after all."

Thalia smiled slightly. "Well, maybe you're coming on a bit too strong?" She suggested, she missed her friend too but she couldn't show her that, not with the officer so close.

Chester rolled his eyes. "Not my mess." He spoke quietly.

"It would be, you wouldn't get out of the cleaning process."

"Bloods a bustard to get out of floors like this, too many cracks and crevasses in the material. Hours of scrubbing."

Noah raised an eyebrow. "So he does speak. Though I know enough of your case to know you never cleaned up after yourself before you were caught..."

Hudson just smirked knowingly then, stretching his hands up behind his head.

"Na, they're just.. anti-social things." She sighed. "It's only been two months. How am I going to do eight years?"

"You'll be fine, you'll make friends eventually." She promised her. "Just don't come on too strong, these aren't like the guys back home."

Chester smirked slightly, he had heard about what a lot of the inmates had done - Hudson included.

"I've dealt with bigger fish then some of these, a lot of them are pussy cats pretending to be lions. They just don't like me, I don't think."

"So, we've got you both talking. Wonderful - time to get out onto the yard, this is my last time asking before consequences come in." Noah stated.

Hudson let our a deep sigh, and in the pursuit of having some peace and quiet got up off of his bed and wandered out of the cell and toward the yard. Though he didn't walk quickly, not in rush.

"I'll go when I'm ready." It was easy to see that Chester was actually just having a bit of fun, finding his day incredibly dull.

Thalia shrugged. "Hey, I don't pretend to understand the male mind, but there is one guy that might be up your street, Chester."

"Oh? I've not met him yet..." She smiled brightly then, sitting herself up more and wiggling her eyebrows in intrigue. "Tell me more."

"Don't make me treat you like my four year old, Mclaine." Noah sighed. "I'll count down from ten. Trust me, I will."

"Not much I can tell you," Thalia told her. "Tattoos, dark hair, beard, keeps to himself, strong silent type."

Chester smirked slightly. "Surprised you can count that high."

"And accident prone if you've met him, or a violent thug - which one?' She asked with an eyebrow raised in curiosity.
