Harry Potter....The Story That Never Happened....For Magical Fans to RP

Hermione still had her wand out and wasn't at all afraid to use it despite the fear she may be feeling right now. She tried to let Draco know what was happening through their bond but she wasn't sure what was going on. "Strongest spells you know.. now! And then run!" She told them all.

Ron kept Ginny behind him as best as he can but she was feisty and ignoring, her wand out.

Aria done as she asked, shooting her strongest spell but it bounced off the one coming straight or them. "Um, that's a problem."

Harry managed to stay close to Ron and Ginny, trying his own spell but the same thing happened. "Oh man, where's Draco when you need him."

As the larger creature went to strike Aria and Hermione, it was suddenly barrelled into my the dragon and the dragon stood before Hermione and Aria, snapping his jaws in warning a threatening snarl leaving his lips. He was injured, with blood coming from a cut in his side, but he had felt Hermione and Aria's fear and that was enough to push the dragon to his feet to defend his mate and sister.

Ron and Ginny both wasted no time in doing the same thing but there own spells failed too.

And when Hermione's failed she looked completely perplexed. "What the fuck are you?!" She seemed almost panicked for a second. "He'll be here.. he wi-" she began. Hermione had felt his injury through their bond and when she seen it with her own eyes she knew that she could heal him somehow but she wasn't sure how that worked. "Draco.. we can't help you.."

The dragon didn't answer her, Draco was trying to heal himself at this point to keep his strength, occassionally he swayed as he pushe his body too far, but every time the creature went for his friends he met him head on, at on point his jaws clamping around the creatures neck as he forced him back. Draco couldn't fly despite having big enough wings, with did leave him at a disadvantage, but he was making up for it with his physical ability.

Hermione knew they had to leave, all of them but her focus was keeping the baby safe and Draco even if he could take care of himself, he was already hurt. "We have to go. Now. He's hurt and we need to go." She pushed the others to the school. "Run."

Draco suddenly pounced on the creature as it went to get past him to Hermione buying them time to leave as Harry and Aria grabbed their friends and ran.

Hermione this time didn't mess around and she ran knowing Draco would join them as soon as he was able to.

When they eventually reached the safety of the castle, Aria and Harry both stopped to catch their breathe. “Everyone okay?” Aria asked, looking to everyone.

Ron nodded. "Fine, fine. Are you okay?" He looked at her. "Gin? Mum, would kill me if anything happened to you."

Ginny had her hands on her knees as she caught her breath. "I'm okay.. what was that?!" She looked at the others.

Hermione shook her head. "I have no clue but we need to tell Dumbledore about that... But I need to wait for Draco." She was still catching her breath but there was no way she was going anywhere without him.

“Harry and Ginny go for Professor Dumbledore, Ron and I will stay with Hermione.” Aria instructed.

Harry nodded. “Come on Ginny let’s go.” He took her hand and they headed inside

Hermione nodded. "Thank you, guys." She gave them both a grateful smile.

Ginny nodded. "Of course." She took his hand and rushed off with him.

Ron stayed put. "Should we send a message to Madame Pomfrey or something? For when Draco gets back?"

Hermione bit her lip. "I don't know.. I might be able to take care of him myself..."

“We can try and then take him there if needs be.” Aria told them. As the Professors came, Dumbledore, Snape, McGonagall and Madam Pomfrey and Professor Umbridge joined them when Harry and Ginny came back.

“Are you all alright?” McGonagall asked looking them over. “Where is Moster Malfoy?”

“He fought it off Aria told them as she stared at the trees liking for either human Draco or dragon Draco.

Suddenly there was a sound of pain, it didn’t sound human but it made Arias heart beat faster in worry that it was her brother that was hurt. Aria remained tense until something came out of the tree line, it was Dracos dragon, he was limping and looked weak. She was about to run to him with Umbridge gripped her arm stopping her. “Be gone beast!” She shouted to it. “You have no reason to be here!”

Hermione nodded once once, her eyes never leaving the tree line. "We're alright Professor, we were surrounded.. we're not sure what it was that tried to attack us. Draco saved us all." She explained a little more in complete agreement with Aria and Ron backing her up.

Ron pulling Aria into his arms when Umbridge grabbed her.

Hermione rushed past everyone towards her dragon and stood before him. "It's alright, I'm here. We're all safe, we can help you now... Tell me where you're hurt.." her voice was soft and she tried to keep calm from feeling his pain and fear.

Aria watched as her brothers dragon collapsed. “Let me rest, I’ll be okay, as long as you and the baby are safe.” He whispered nuzzling her stomach and then her before he collapsed back down. Madam Promfrey ran over to them as well, assessing the dragon for injuries.

"We are," she told him very softly, sitting down where she was so she could take his head into her lap. "Madame Pomfrey, he was blooding pretty badly from his earlier," she told her. "Let me try to help you..." She told him, though she wasn't at all sure how this healing power worked between them both.

“Draco can you shift human?” Madam Pomfrey asked.

“If I do that Draco will bleed out.” He warned. “You aren’t ready, it takes a lot of energy it could hurt you or the baby.” He told her, he occasionally moved to spit blood from his mouth one of his wounds dangerously close to his windpipe it was strange to see th tia he could speak at all.

"Draco, just tell me how to do it.. please? I won't heal you all the way. I promise. Just enough to help. She's a human healer not a dragon healer. You need my help and you know it.. if you don't tell me I'll figure it out on me own," she was stubborn and would do it.

“Blood.” He told her. “The mark, you bite the mark to draw blood, it’s your blood that heals.” He told her.

Madam Pomfrey looked between them, now she understood too much blood taken would hurt her and the baby.

Hermione muttered something under her breath. "You won't do it, will you?"

“I don’t think I have a choice.” He told her. “I’ll do it but I’ll need help to stop, your blood is addictive.”

"Go ahead. I trust you," she whispered softly. "Just.. be gentle. This isn't exactly like the other times..." Being bitten by human Draco and human dragon Draco was very different than a real dragon.

He moved to sit back up and he managed to fit his dragon teeth over her mark and he bit down breaking skin easily, he tried to be gentle but with the strength of his bite that was not possible.

As he bit her Umbridge seemed to freak out, aiming to shoot a spell at Draco to stop him from hurting her but Aria knocked her off guard the spell going wide but enough to drive Dracos teeth in harder by accident.

Hermione had flinched only a little, even though it did hurt quite a bit more she was doing well in masking the pain for that moment. Or.. she had been. Until she was bitten harder that is and she made a muffled pained sound, tears stinging her eyes like never before.

Draco wasn’t going to stop until Aria ran over and she held his shoulde. “Draco stop you’re going to do some serious damage.”

"Draco.." she mumbled, her vision getting a little blurry.
