There was another nod of her head at this. Hermione was indeed taking mental notes of everything she was being told, actually surprised that Narcissa cared enough to tell her all of this.

Narcissa looked to them both and she could not help but smile as she saw the look of love that Draco held as his hand rested on Hermione's very small bump, and he looked to his mate with eyes of love and adoration.

Hermione was leaned against him in such a way that it was still very polite but also completely clear how in love with him she was, her head resting on his shoulder.

Narcissa smiled softly. "Can we talk about me being part of this?" She asked. "I can help."

Draco looked to Hermione, wanting to know what she wanted to do.

Hermione shifted a little not sure what to do, her grip on Draco's hand tightening a little bit. "This is about our little one, not about myself or even Draco. I want him to know his family... But his safety means more to me than anything." What she was saying was that she was willing to allow it but she was had obvious fears of the Dark Lord finding out.

"IfI promise to keep the secret?" Narcissa asked, she seemed excited at the prospect of having a grandchild out there. "I won't tell Lucius or the Dark Lord."

Draco watched his mother, he could tell when she was lying and being genuine, and this time she was genuine. "We will trial it out, but the minute you bring harm to my wife or my son or even my sister, I will kill you."

Narcissa noddd, bowing her head to the dragon, even she, as Draco's mother, showed fear to the dragon that was simmering below the surface of Draco's whole perso.

"Draco don't threaten people right now," Hermione gave him a look. "He can here is, remember?" She lightly brushed her kneels against his cheek. Brown eyes looked back to Narcissa. "Alright. For him. He should have a chance to have his grandmother in his life." There was a small hint of sadness in her voice as she said this.

Narcissa nodded. "Thank you, I can't wait."

Hermione nodded. "Thank you for what you've told us."

Narcissa nodded. “It’s alright, maybe we could also get to know each other?”

She nodded once more though she wasn't entirely sure about this since she knew the woman really didn't like her.

He looked to her.

Narcissa watched them

Hermione looked at him when she felt his gaze upon her very quickly.

He kissed her forehead gently

She leaned her head on shoulder.

“What do you want?” He asked her quietly

"What do you mean?"

“Do you want her involved?”

"I already said that I want him to know his family as long as he's safe, Draco."

“I know what you want for him but what do you want for you?”

"I want to be respected. That's all I want. If I get respect then I'll give respect." Hermione was raised to be respectful which was why she generally let things go and was very easy to pick on when she was younger.

He kissed her head gently. “Believe me you have a lot of people’s respect already, not everyone can take a dragon.” He told her playfully

Hermione rolled her eyes and lightly elbowed him in the chest. "That isn't the kind of respect I'm speaking about, Draco." She was talking about the way his mother had always treated her before today and even how Blaise had spoken with her earlier. "It's fine though. All that matters to me is our family."

“Sorry I was trying to make you smile.” He told her. “A lot of people here do respect you my love.”

She turned in the chair and laid a hand on his cheek, pressing her forehead against his. "I know, I'm sorry."
