Harry Potter....The Story That Never Happened....For Magical Fans to RP

The dragon had managed to knock himself and Draco out so that he could try and stop the shifting, it had slowed it but not stopped it.

"The Dark Lord asked him to, Draco refused to do a job." Aria told her.

She clenched her jaw. "He-.." Once more she shook her head her eyes so sad now at hearing this, at knowing what he was going through right now and she wasn't able to help him. That she didn't know he was even truly given this job.

"We need an antidote, I'm sure Severus can make one." Madam Pomfrey told him. "His pulse is well Albus, the boy will die if we don't do something."

Aria looked to Draco and then to Hermione.

"Where is Snape? Where is he? I'll go get one from him.." she whispered, reaching for Aria. "Sit here with him. Just.. take care of him until I get what he needs."

Aria nodded. "He's in the dungeons." She told her. "Be careful."

Hermione nodded and before anyone could tell her anything else she pressed her lips to Draco's forehead. "I love you, stay strong I'll be back with help. I promise." She then hurried from the room and all the way back down to the dungeons to find Snape.

Snape was tidying up his classroom, there was a potion on the table in a cauldron, the bottle that Aria had told them was on th table next to it.

She didn't even bother knocking like she normally would, walking right in. Her eyes dark and angry. "Where's the antidote."

"Do you not know how to knock Miss Grainger?" Snape drawled. "Seems that whilst you might think you know veything about the wizarding world, you know nothing about manners." He didn't even turn to look at her.

"You're killing him!" She snapped at him ignoring everything that he had said to her. "You're killing him and you don't even care!"

"Who am I supposed to be killing Miss Grainger?" He asked her. "Mister Malfoy will be free from his dragon soon enough, he won't be a danger to the school anymore."

"No! You're killing them both!" She shouted at him, the tears she had been holding back finally slipping down her cheeks. "Where is the antidote! If you kill one you kill both!"

Snape looked to her. “What do I get in return?” He asked her. “Draco Malfoy is a monster his dragon should never have gotten to the surface, the dark lord wants you and your child dead so that you won’t distract him from his work, I could do it you know I could give the dark lord what he wants.”

"You do that and Draco will kill you. So.. what do you want? Give me the antidote to save him and his dragon... My boys because they are NOT what you say."

“If you die both of them die.”  Snape reminded her, still not looking over at her. “Mister Malfoy would be better off dead in my opinion.”

"I know," she narrowed her eyes at him. "That's your opinion. Not his or mine. He's brilliant an- and.. this isn't right. What the hell is the matter with you! What do you want?!"

“I want that thing yoir carrying dead.” He told her moving to pick up his wand from the desk

"No. Absolutely not."

“I’m sorry Miss Grainger but none of this should have happened.” He told her as he turned readying his wand

Hermione pulled out her own wand. "No you're not. If you were even the tiniest bit sorry you would hand over the antidote."

“There isn’t one.” Snape told her. “Not one that I will willingly give.” He aimed his wand at her however he didn’t get to a spell before there was a snarl behind her and Draco was suddenly in front of her. It was a horrid sight to behold he was bleeding but he was halfway through the transformation he even had a dragon tail, his eyes were a mixture of human and dragon but he was furious his hands were talons but his feet were normal his skin was scaled. There was no reason behind him there was no reasoning with him, his mate was in danger and he would die to defend her if needs be. 

Snape raised his wand to get Draco out of the way but Draco was quicker grabbed his arm and neck and slamming him to the table a terrifying and feral snarl leaving his lips. He was done playing nice the human side of Draco had given control to the dragon.

"There is one, there's always one." Hermione narrowed her eyes at him. She was willing to duel for it even if it meant she would lose, she would lose for Draco if she had to but she knew there was no need the moment she heard him behind her. "Now you see. The only one that can stop him is me. Me or him killing you and frankly I don't want to stop him because you don't care about anyway.. only he needs that antidote..."

Dracos hand tightened on him the more he struggled. “You should have killed me yourself instead of letting a potion do its work.” He snarled to him choking him. “I’ll happy take you to hell with me.” He warned him. “Only she can tell me to stop and I would die to defend her and my hatchling.”

Snape tried to struggle against the dragon but the dragon made Draco ten time stronger than any man, he couldn’t breathe and he had dropped his wand so he could t defend himself

"All I want is the antidote. That's all. And for you to get far far away from us, otherwise I will let him do whatever he likes." Hermione was clearly very very angry but she managed it very well for someone that was having her entire family threatened.

Snape moved his free hand from where it had gripped Dracos hand that was around his neck and he reached into his robe pocket and he pulled out a small bottle rolling it to her.
