“Well I feel freezing and he’s in a pretty big mood, other than that just peachy.” He told her eventhough he obviously wasn’t fine as his hand had tightened on the edge of the bathtub when she came in.

"Does he need to talk to me about it?" Hermione knew that they were struggled by and she didn't know what to do to help them.

Draco looked to her. “He’ll happily speak to you, but I’m not moving an inch.” The last part was obviously said to the dragon as a growl escaped his lips afterwards as the dragon came forward. “My beautiful mate.” He smiled

She nodding in understanding. "Hello, my Love. Tell me what's upsetting you so we can see what we can do to help you?"

“He stuck me in an ice bath!” He thundered. “A fucking ice bath.”

"I can see that. You know why he did that, yes?" Hermione spoke softly, trying to sooth him.

“It’s not fair this isn’t exactly my fault.” The dragon told her. “I’m effectively a lizard, we don’t do well in cold temperature.”

"It's no one's fault, Draco. Come on and get out of there before you end up sick."

“Human me won’t be happy if I did, he just wants me to cool down.” He told her. “I would love to-“ he cut off after a minute to listen to what humandraco was saying. “Am I heck sleeping on the sofa, I will make your life hell for the next month.” He told himself

She frowned at him. "Draco Malfoy, do you really expect me to sleep all alone for the next month?"

“Yes if it means he keeps away from you and the baby.”

Hermione blinked at him. "And you don't think he'll respect me enough to behave?"

“It’s not a thing of respect Hermione.” He turned in the water to look at her. “He respects you a great deal, but this in heat thing is too hard to control, I’m literally having to grip the edge of the bath in a vice grip just because the smell of you turns me on.” He told her. “He’s a beast in the literal sense and the urges kr need us more than enough to drive a man crazy.”

"Then what would you like me to do, hm? Because it's not fair to try to keep us all away from one another for the next month, Draco."

“If you have any other ideas then I’m all ears.”

"I don't know Draco but there has to be something else.."

He sighed softly. “I’ll come up with something.”

"It's going to be okay.. but please get out of that tub before you make yourself sick."

“I’ll be out soon.”

Hermione nodded and headed back out into the living room area to give him some space.

After a few more minutes he came out casting a drying spell on himself and he put on a change of clothes

She was quietly relaxing out on the couch.

He smiled softly as he joined her.

"Would it be easier for you if I spent the night in Gryffindor tower with Ginny?"

“It’s up to you.”
