A few days later Aria was walking through the castle looking for Ron, she had promised Hermione that she would talk to him instead of avoiding him like she had been doing and take a break from looking for a way to get Draco into the castle as soon as possible.

Harry was just getting out of a detention with Umbridge and he was rubbing his hand where her magic had left scorch marks in his hand

"You know I want to be there beside you, Draco." she sighed.

Ginny was waiting at the other end of the corridor for him, she had been there for a little while from the looks of it.

Ron wasn't hard to find as he was in the Great Hall having a snack with some of the other Gryffindors.

Aria came into the great hall and she stopped as she saw him, before she threw caution to the wind and she walked up to him. "Ron?" She asked, her bravado faltering slightly when his friends all looked at her. "Can we talk?"

Harry stopped rubbing his hand when he saw her and he smiled softly. "Hey babe."

"I'd come to you right now if you asked me to."

Ron looked up when he heard his name. He had been trying to give her space like his friends had suggested. "Yeah, of course." Nodding his head, he got to his feet.

Aria nodded and she walked out of the great hall finding a quiet part of the corridor and only when he joined her did she speak again. “I’m sorry for not talking to you, but I was very hurt and I don’t want to be hurt anymore.”

“I know.” He told her sliding his arms around her. “She kept me for ages writing the same thing. Over and over.”

He walked with her. "You should be angry with me, it's okay. I don't blame you if you don't trust me anymore."

“I want to trust you,” she told him. “I love you.” She paused for a minute trying to choose her next sentence. “I know that it was a love potion, and I shouldn’t have been distant from you.”

He laughed softly kissing her lips gently. “Definitely.”

“Definitely not at night, even I’m in my dragon form for protection love.”

Without another word, Ron stepped closer to her pressing a deep kiss to her lips as one of his arms encircled her lower back.

Aria kissed him back just as deeply, sliding her arms around his neck and holding herself close to him.

Draco settled down in a clearing as his dragon, and he fell into a light sleep. Waking up at dawn to make his way back towards the castle to wait for her.

Hermione was up early, managing only a little sleep. Her usual shower was taking and rather than eat breakfast in the Great Hall, she fixed two plates and brought them outside.
