"Yeah, I'm real disappointed. I like the sight of guys on their knees." Sienna kept a straight face as she spoke.

Drew snickered at her words. "I'm sure you do."

"Always works out great for me."

"Hmm, I can see why."

"Yup. Normally its so I can get a piggyback of have my shoes tied for me." She shrugged.

Drew just rolled his eyes at that, despite the fact she couldn't see it.

Sienna went to say something else when there was a knock at the door. She tilted her head and then decided, "I think it might be Caden. Maybe his hands are full?"

"Want me to answer it?"

"Yeah, go ahead. If that's okay."

Drew nodded and moved to the door to open it.

Rion walked into the room, jerking his head at Drew. "I wanna talk to her. Get out." He had a bag of something in his arms.

Sienna had tensed, the smile that had been on her face dropping.

"No way, not after what you did to her last time."

"I want to talk to her so get out," Rion repeated, shifting the weight of the bag in his arms. "It won't be long."

"I don't trust you with her."

"Yeah, you're about four or five years too late to keep me away from her. I'm asking for two fucking minutes, just get out."

"If its just for two minutes..." Sienna sounded a little reluctant as she spoke, grimacing. "I'm pretty sure it'll be fine."

"You're both acting like I'm going to maul her or something."

Sienna fell silent, cringing a little.

"Not maul her, just seriously injure her with fire again." Drew retorted.

"It happens." Rion shrugged. "And I'm sorry, really. But get out."

Drew looked towards Sienna, to see what she wanted.

With Rion's attention on Drew, Sienna mimicked cutting her throat, shaking her head violently and mouthing, 'No, no'.

Drew walked to stand next to Sienna, frowning at her actions. "Anything you want to say to her you can say infront of me."

Rion muttered a swear under his breath before dumping the bag on the floor and keeping his voice deadpan as he said, "Caden, the little shit, got into an accident. Hit and run, had to take him to the hospital." He nudged the bag with his toes. "He was carrying that."

Sienna did a double take, looking shocked and a little confused, blinking rapidly. "S-Sorry, what?"

"He's having surgery right now."

Drew grimaced at Rion's words, looking towards Sienna with a frown.

"You're shitting with me, right?"

"He got hit by a fucking Camaro at sixty miles an hour, I wouldn't lie about this you little shit." Rion snorted. "Punctured lung, ruptured spleen and some other stuff I didn't pay attention to. He should be out of surgery in a coupla hours."

Sienna fell silent, staring at her lap.
