She gently slid her hand into his.

Lilly nodded before heading out of the room.

Daniel smiled.

Alexis gently squeezed his hand. "Care to show me how to court people in the 21st century?" She asked him playfully.

He left with her, shutting and locking the door.

Daniel just burst out laughing at that, "First of all it isn't called 'courting'."

"I have a lot to learn don't I?"

He looked at her.

"Mm," He hummed in confirmation.

"You should rest, Kob,"

"I'm fine baby."

She let off a really girly laugh that it seemed out of place for her.

"You should rest."

Daniel raised an eyebrow at her.

She looked at him. "Sorry, I shouldn't have done that." She stood up when Hannah walked to them. "Hey Han, are you ok?"

She nodded and she looked from her to Daniel, and despite being sixteen she was like a child. "Can you come and tuck me in?"

"Of course, you go and get ready for bed."

"I will once I've checked on the others."

Daniel frowned a little bit as he watched.

"Okay." She whispered with a sigh. "If you're sure. You look exhausted."

Alexis looked back at Daniel. "I'll be back in 5 ok?"

"I'm sure." He held out his hand for hers.

Daniel nodded.

Lilly interlocked her fingers with his.

She went to tuck her sister into bed, and after a few minutes she returned to him.

He brought her downstairs.
