Astrid turned the TV up a bit before getting to her feet and going into the other room and pulling a seat up beside Adrian. "You doing okay?"

Kira sighed and threw the covers from her, getting up and heading downstairs with a huff, joining her brother and Dakota at the table.

"Yeha, just fine." Adrian nodded.

"Okay," Astrid whispered softly, adding gently, "I'm so proud of you, Rian, you've been strong. Especially with deciding to go to college again."

"What is your issue Kira?" Henrik snapped when Kira snorted, "Your really annoying me. Leave Kota alone."

"She was being a selfish cow about something yesterday and put her in her place, no problem." Kira shrugged.

"What did you do, Kira?" Henrik hissed , though didn't wait for her sister to answer. Getting to his feet and walking to where Dakota walked to, sliding an arm around her waist and kissing the side of her head, "What happened Kota?"

Astrid nodded, repeating gently, "I'm proud of you."

"She told me thatas soon ss your dad finds a witch to do the spell then me and you will have to have a kid so your family xan be brought back. I told her that I wasn't ready for a kid and she took my ring and said I could have it back when I stop being selfish." Dakota whispered.

"I'll get it back off of her," Henrik whispered quietly, "We don't have to have a kid to bring them back… too many people need to come back, it'll probably be a case of dropping the veil. I'm not ready either, Kota, so don't worry. You aren't being selfish."

"Nor am I, so I could be classed as selfish too but even if we were both ready it wouldn't be fair on the kid if we had it just to bring someone back and even if that wasn't the case we would only be able to choose one person to come back and that wouldn't be fair on us. I'll get your ring back off of Kira, don't listen to her, she's being ridiculous." Henrik whispered, pressing his lips to hers.

"She isn't agreeing to anything, give me her ring before I tell dad and he compels it out of you." Henrik hissed, "Me and her aren't having a kid just so one person can come back. We aren't ready, it wouldn't be fair on the kid and it's not fair that we'd have to choose one person to come back. Give me her ring."

"Kota isn't doing it and even with the others doing it still there wouldn't be enough to bring everyone back. Now hand her ring over Kira, now. If the others are never coming back than that's what it 'll have to be because I am not pressuring Kota into having a child for the wrong reason - not pressuring her at all." He snapped.

Henrik caught it and hissed at her, "No. You're the selfish one Kira. How dare you demand and make Kota feel so bad." before turning and leaving the room. A few moments later, sliding the ring back onto her finger and kissing her nose gently.
