"Okay, okay." Olivia sighed.

"I can't look at them, I can't.." He mumbled as he ducked and got into the car.

"It wouldn't be them, it'd just be photos to identify them..." Livid said as she got into the front seat.

"That's the same thing… may aswell be."

"Okay, okay."

"I'm not strong enough, wish I could , but I can't…"

"It's okay Cole, nobody's judging you. We understand."

Cole just rolled his eyes doubtfully, not saying a word in response to that.

Olivia leaned round and took his hand. "I'm so proud of you anyway buddy. You get out of bed on a morning, you haven't given up. And I haven't given up on you. I'm so sorry if you felt like that."

"Mm," Cole mumbled, resting his hand against the window and closing his eyes with a deep sigh.

"And I love you so so much."

"Mm." Cole hummed once again. Repeating quietly, "I want to go home."

"Just waiting for your dad and grandpa. They're settling up the bill probably."

He nodded subtly in response to that.

"So... Who was the girl?"

"There's been a collision with an oil tanker and four cars in a pile up. People are needing treatment on the scene that the paramedics just can't give. Doctor Andrews, Mikaelson. You two go with the next ambulance to set off and help them, you work the best together and are the quickest to make reliable decisions." One of the senior doctors told them, having called them into a room. "Fire and Police are at the scene, too, as you can imagine."

"Zosia's friend,"

"How come you were so bothered about her? She's never been mentioned... Was she okay?"

Christian just gave a nod.

Sarai headed out in silence when the senior doctor just motioned for them to go, heading towards where the ambulances were as she glanced over her shoulder at Christian.

"I just don't want anyone hurt," He shrugged. "We were arguing."

"Ah, what about?"

Christian followed.

She sat herself down in the back of an ambulance, it heading off once Christian was in and a few minutes later they arrived at the scene.

"Lots of things.." Cole shrugged.

Christian got out quietly.

"Didn't realise you knew her well enough to argue."

"Those poor people," Sarai sympathised with a grimace as she got out and grimaced, scanning the area before focusing on the oil tank which had flipped onto it's side. The cars that had hit into it and piled against each other smoking slightly as the oil poured out onto the road. Various people trapped and unconscious in their car. "You going to be okay with this Chris?" She asked hesitantly, "When I lost you it was in..."

"Not really," Cole replied with a shake of his head.

"Zosias at home, she couldn't come but I know she's worried sick."

Cole just mumbled a incoherent; "Whatever,"

"You and her need to make up buddy."
