A while later, Damian was lounging on their bed and he was thinking about the things that had happened, the most important thing was that he and Alessia were going to be parents, but now he was thinking of how they were going to talk to her dad about her being alive.

Eris had stayed with Sebastian for a few more days and she was currently making him a batch of cookies to thank him for letting her stay. She had bought her own things so that she didn't upset him or use his things. As she put the cookies into the oven, she looked to the door as she heard the doorbell sound.

"Watching people cook all the time definitely doesn't teach one how to do it on their own."

"It smells wonderful down here." Caspian almost purred, rubbing a towel to his wet hair to dry it, wearing a loose too and joggers as he came down the stairs from his shower. Adding in a hum, "I've got it." as he pulled the door open. "Y'ello?"

"So, I have tracked his work. He is in the area, on some business meeting. The Clarence Hotel on the end of fifth street." Alessia whispered, munching on a processed fish stick - the baby making her crave, as well as the watermelon, meat.

He laughed softly. “That is true.”

On the other side was the man who had been looking for Eris. “Ah finally right house,” he smiled. “Enough games water witch give me the chaos witch you’ve had her for long enough now.”

He looked to her. “Okay, do we know how long he is there for?” He asked. “Just so we know how long we’ve got to do this.”

Caspian laughed, a laid, audible laugh right in his face. Taking a casual step back and motioning towards the kitchen, "Oh, please do try. My home is warded. No one goes in, or out unless I tell them it is okay to do so. You, sir, are not given access I am afraid."

He smiled softly. “Well, this should be interesting.” He told her before he looked past him. “Eris, come on out little raven, wouldn’t want me to siphon your little boyfriends powers would you?” He told her from where he could see Eris in the kitchen doorway behind him.

"I - I don't know."

"Go away, please." Caspian answered boredly, waving him away.

"It's more difficult than it looks."

Eris walked to stand behind Caspian her hand resting on his lower back so he knew that she was there. “Like he said go away.”

“I’ll go but surely you’d want to know how your family died.”

He looked to her stealing the end of a fish stick playfully. “We could go tomorrow?” He suggested. “Give you time to plan.”

"It doesn't bring them back." Caspian answered on her behalf. "So it's irrelevant."

"Tomorrow? Yeah.. yeah okay." Alessia hummed, frowning when he stole her food. "That isn't me your taking from, it is your child. Remember that."

She looked over at him. "How badly am I failing at this?"

“Good thing Alice stocked the freezer then so you can get more.” He told her playfully. 

“Well you see, if I siphon a water witch’s powers, I could bring them back for her, your powers with hers are pretty much the perfect concoction.” He told him. “I mean you already know how her family died you just don’t want to tell her.”

“Not that bad to be honest.” He told her. “Just be careful your about to burn the bacon.”

Rylee spun around to look at the bacon that was sizzling in the bacon. "Oh, gosh!" She quicky tried flipping the bacon.

"As wonderful as Chaos is, I have no intention of giving my life, giving my powers to bring her family back - as if we would even be stupid enough to trust you." Caspian scoffed. "Go away, man."

He smiled softly and he moved to help her

Eris was pretty much expecting him to say that and she looked to the man. “What will it take for you to leave us alone?”

The man looked at her. “For you to know the truth and then I’ll leave,” he told her. “He’s been lying to you Eris, his family are chaos hunters, why do you think he doesn’t call you by your name?” He asked her. “Surely you don’t find that odd.”

Caspian snorted his amusment. "Right, okay. You are quite the story teller."

"Go and get me more food," She hummed

“I’ve got proof.” He told Eris he was ignoring Caspian. “Come on Eris, look around you, you can see through concealment charms.”
