He laughed softly. “I’ll be honest I can’t remember what food tastes like.” He told her

"You're allowed an opinion, but why does your opinion always belittle mine?"

“I was merely making a review.” He told her. “This place itself is actually quite nice but you haven’t seen the nice parts.” He told her with a shrug.

"Stop fucking arguing with me!" She half yelled, half sobbed then. "I - I can't do this. I love you, but I can't picture this for the rest of my damn life."

“Neither can I.” He told her. “Maybe we do need a break like your dad suggested,” he told her. “It’s not good for you or the baby.”

"Yeah, fine. Whatever. Just take me home."

He brought her out of the house and he had them appear outside of her father’s place. “He didn’t know what to expect from her at the moment he wondered if she thought the same as him.

"Rest now," Alessia whispered. "Don't.. don't come back here until you are well."

He looked to her. “I will, you two be careful yeah?” He asked her. “If you need me just call and I’ll be here.” He promised brushing his fingers to hers

Alessia nodded

He looked to her not really knowing what else to say right then especially as her dad came onto the porch.

"Bye..."

“Bye…” he told her and as he walked away he stopped and turned around to kiss her forehead gently. “I am sorry Alessia, but I love you.”

"Just... need a break, that's all."

"You can't taste any of it? At all?" She asked. She had never honestly thought about it until right now.

“I know, still call me anytime though.”

She nodded. "That's fair."

"Mhm."

He nodded. “Bye…” he told her as he walked away.

He nodded as he finished his breakfast

Alessia wandered inside

Her father looked to her. “Are you okay Alessia?”

"He and I are on a break, the... fighting is too much. His father is causing too much conflict for me to handle."

He nodded. “A wise decision.” He told her. “Now if you’re feeling up to it, my friend is coming over today, it would be good for you to meet her again.”

"Who is sh- Oh, you mean the woman you are dating? I would love to meet her."
