Across Seas - Remade

Luke just nodded.

Amora looked at him. "You know, we might be stuck here for a while whilst I try and get us a new ship, you don't have to stay." She told him.

"I'm tired, lets just get away from these strangers and find somewhere to sleep." He mumbled.

"Sounds like a good idea." When they docked, Amora thanked the couple for saving them and they pointed to a tavern. As they walked inside they were suddenly jumped by the crew, all telling them how glad they were that they were back.

"Your brother and Maria are still asleep, but there's a room upstairs, unfortunately you two will have to share, I hope that you don't mind captain?" One of the older crew members asked.

"I don't mind as long as it's okay with Luke." Amora shrugged.

Luke didn't even reply, heading up the stairs without a word made; exhaustion being obvious now and his mood worsened. The past day taking it's toll.

"Take that as a no." Amora shrugged to herself and she walked to the bar and got some water, drinking it immediately. After a few minutes of making sure that the crew were alright, she went to bed, intending to let Luke have the bed as she curled up on the floor.

"Get up here, stop being so fucking dramatic." Luke mumbled grumpily, voice muffled as his face was buried against the pillow.

She sighed and she slid into the bed

He didn't say a word, soon asleep.

Amora didn't get much sleep, waking up every few hours.

Killian was awake and he was waiting for either Maria or his sister to come down.

(( So where is Killain now? Since they both fell asleep in the little room? I'm confused. ))

((lets say he's in the bar))

Maria wandered out to the bar quietly.

Killian was watching the space in front of him, oblivious to what was going on.

She slid her arms around him from behind.

He looked at her. "Hey." He smiled sofly.

She nodded.

"James was looking for you, and if you see him tell him I want my hook back." He told her, holding up what was his hooked hand, but instead was a mass of skin and burns and scars.

Luke blinked his eyes open, arms wrapped around Amora still.

Amora was now asleep in his arms, her whole body relaxed and she looked at peace.

Luke sighed softly, looking over to the window to see if it was daylight or not.

It turned out to be almost the afternoon, and as he moved to look out of the window above their bed, Amora started to stir.

He rested his head back on the pillow.

She snuggled closer to him, one of her hands resting on his chest as she settled once more.

Luke brushed his fingertips through her hair silently.
