You thought that you were normal. Until you grew into your teens. Now instead of puberty to deal with, you have to deal with that and a new power that you can suddenly acquired. Some people were accepted by their families, by their communities, treated like gods and deities. Others, they weren't so lucky, they were scum of the earth, a bad luck charm. Then everything suddenly changed, a figure turned up on your doorstep one night. They offered you a place to give you space, a place to be yourself, more than your new found skill. A place of safety, of training and a place for friendship. You are brought to a small town, in the middle of nowhere. The town of Mysteria.

Mysteria is a small town, the ideal place for those who want to change their life. It is a simple village with a school, a corner shop, even an ice cream parlour, and a little post office on the corner. There is no set order to things, only that you don't kill things, but you can fight and play and just generally have fun with your powers.

Rhaine was out at the pond with Emilea and Elijah, and she was showing Emilea how to bend water whilst Elijah watched. He was fascinated with the control that Rhaine had over the water and the way that Emilea took to her. Emilea on the other had was just enamoured with the whole idea of getting better with her magic.

Where as, in a field pretty far away, Magma and Jericho were training each other in fire and explosion management. The field around them had already been scorched in a half mile radius, but at least it formed a nice circle.

"I don't know how you can drink that," Niamh scoffed as she walked the streets with Ciara, commenting on her black cold brewed.

"At least mine tastes of coffee," Ciara answered with a bored shrug. "What is that frappe nonsense other than a cup of pure sugar?"

Magma and Jericho soon walked into the cafe after practice, and Magma smiled waving, it looked like it was in the direction of the twins but really it was to the girl behind her. Reika had been sat on the table behind the twins and she was reading a large book.

"And E Numbers, you cant forget E Numbers." Niamh giggled, offering an innocent smile. "Chemicals are the best part of any drink."

"You're disgusting."

"Hey wolfie." Magma smiled as she sat behind the twins with Reika.

Reika looked up from her book. "Hey, how was practice."

Magma smiled and she went into an animated explanation of the taining session they made themself and how she would have loved it, but by this point Reika had already gone back to her book.

"Your boring," Niamh shrugged, taking a bit of whipped cream from the top of her drink and flicking it at her sister.

Jericho looked over to the girls at the table next to them. "Hey, would you two like. To join us?"

"Absolutely not." Ciara snorted as she lifted a hand up to wipe whipped cream off of her forehead. Tensing her shoulder uncomfortably when she was spoken to by Jericho, slowly getting to her feet and nodding toward the exit. "Come on, let's get moving Eve."

"Your being rude." Niamh frowned, glancing to Jericho with an apologetic half-smile. "We are comfortable in these seats, thank you. You can sit with us though, move your chairs around."

Jericho looked to them. "Nah wouldn't want to intrude on miss priss over here." He nodded to Ciara.

"You'll have to excuse my. Friend, he can't handle a challe ge some times." Magma told them. "We'd love to jojn you." She turned her chair around.

"Ciara," Niamh mumbled in low warning when Ciara tensed further, physically flinching as Ciara shoved the seat she was sat on beneath the table and stormed out.

"Can I ask, what's going on?" Magma asked as she sat with her, her own frappe placedon the table..

"Best not to. We are new, she isn't very person-orientated yet alone interested in speaking to strangers."

"Bit like Reika then." He nodded to the blonde girl who was back to her book.

"Jericho, stop being a jerk or I will fry your ass." Magma warned him before she looked back at Niamh. "My name is Magma, me and my sister Rhaine came here about a year ago, if you need any help or just someone to talk to, you could always find me."

"Yeah... thanks."

Magma smiled. "What's your name?" She asked.

"I'm Eve,"

"Nice to meet you Eve." She smiled. "Have you tried the caramel one?" She nodded to her drink.

"Mm, I love it. I'm making my way through the whole menu."

"Oh gods, me too, what have you had so far?" She asked as she grabbed a menu.
