"Okay, you do that some day and then laugh because it fucking hurts, I'll tell you that," Caden muttered. "Fuck, did it hurt." He held the bandages out towards him. "I've done most of her right hand, as you can see, but if you think it's shitty, feel free to redo it."

"It'll do, he says. What, are you judging it?"

"Oh, stop whining Caden." Sienna stuck her hand out a little warily.

"That is disturbingly considerate. In my opinion, if better bandaging happened to help her in the long run, I'd take it off rather than leave it, even if it was adequate."

"So long as there are no gaps, the bandages are staying."

"Good." Sienna flexed her fingers. "Your usefulness has come to an end, Caden. I'm adopting Drew as my primary caretaker instead. He's nice."

"I was tired of keeping you out of trouble anyway." Caden snorted. "However, feel free to come back to me so I can laugh at you before I help."

"Yeah, sure. Sounds good."

Caden rolled his eyes before leaving.

"Catering to my sister like a butler. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was her bitch but that'd be taking it too far."

"Sore, definitely, but less stiff. I got a text from Levi, the nurse that helped, remember? He said he's found a psychic that could boost the healing and make sure I gain full use of my hands again." Sienna's expression was one of absolute relief.

"Well, I'm not complaining. Sienna's awful to handle. Don't understand how he can be around her so long without scratching his eyes out or something like that."

"If we go back in five days, he woulda flown in from Dublin by then."

"I thought they were at least shagging, but apparently he's there because he actually wants to be." Caden shrugged. "Beats me."

"I'm gonna have to. But if it works then this'll all be over. Shame I don't get to keep you around to do whatever I want after it though," she teased.

"If you want to bail on me, then bail. I'm surprised you haven't ditched me already." Sienna shrugged lazily. "You're gonna leave eventually, it's a matter of when."

"They're both denying it. So either they're covering it up or theres some slim chance that they just happen to spend a lot of time together. By the way, I have no idea who the fuck you are."

"Everybody does eventually. I'm just one of those personalities that people can't handle long exposures to."

"Caden." He shrugged. "Who knows. We might meet each other more because of our siblings. However, I have to go."

"It's happened countless times it'll happen again. Dammit, I was supposed to ask Caden to get me some fudge from the sweet shop."

"That's a shame. They do this really nice white chocolate fudge. I'll ask later or get some myself at some point."

"Apparently Rion's leaving to go somewhere in two days. Something about new kids." Sienna moved to lie on her side on the bed, stretching out her legs. "I was gonna give him some fudge and stuff to take with him."

"We're not. He's lactose intolerant and can't tell whether or not fudge has chocolate in it." Sienna shrugged. "It was more pettiness than anything, I suppose, the want to send him white chocolate fudge, so he gets sick in a foreign country."
