The Queen Is After Me

"Don't tell Fleet. You can't even begin to know how useless it makes him feel to watch me suffer. He needs rest." Keagan's voice was ragged and broken as he struggled to catch his breath, his chest still rattling and sounding wheezy.

When he was finished this time, when Orion let his bow and violin move away from him, the woman stood up and approached him, hugging him gently, and, even though he was taller than her, she pulled his head down so his face was pressed to her shoulder.

Orion was still for a long moment, fingers going slack as he almost dropped his instrument, like he was unsure of physical contact. Soon, though, he moved his arms up and around her, careful of his violin as he started shaking in silent sobs.

"There's my beautiful boy," the woman murmured to him. "I'm sorry for leaving you. I won't go this time."

"Okay, okay..." April grumbled quietly. "I know he needs rest, I know,"

Emelia shrugged.

Ryan hid behind a tree as she watched him, before she and the wolves headed into the forest.

"Very helpful." He told her teasingly.

"Mm."

He started playing with her hair.

Emelia was silent.

Jamie also stayed silent.

"I love you," Emelia told him quietly.

"I love you to."

She smiled

He smiled back, kissing her neck.

She leant towards it.

He kissed to the base of her neck.

Emelia leant towards it.

He gently nibbled her neck.

Emelia made a small noise of content.

He gently moved a hand against her, and down the front of her body.

Emelia leant towards his hand.

After a few minutes he stopped, knowin that she wouldn't want to take it far.

Emelia got to her feet, took his hand and pulled him to his feet and up the stairs to his room.

He raised an eyebrow at her, but he followed her.

"M'ready,". She hummed quietly in explaination to him.

"Are you sure?" He asked her.

She nodded.

He shut the door behind them and he moved to kiss her.
