"I can cancel, she's in town for another week or so, I can make plans with her another time." Kol assured.

"She's only in town for another week, you shouldn't cancel sweetie. Go have fun, it's okay." Astrid assured before heading into the kitchen to make herself some food.

"That's the reason you didn't like the sound of it? That was only a minor problem with that solution."

Alec: I don't like anyone but you, you know that. I'm not trusting anyone else. holds her tightly

"You don't mean that." Vanessa snickered as she walked into the kitchen, opening the cupboard and getting herself a bag of crisps out and opening them as she spoke. "You're worrying what's gonna happen when they meet. She's known him longer, he still likes her and you're not so sure in what way he likes her, even though she's made it perfectly clear she's not interested in him anymore... You're jealous." she laughed as she ate.

"Shut up Vanessa." Astrid replied sharply as she began to make herself some food, "Go back to school where you belong, would you?"

Fleur sighed softly and leant her head back to his him on the lips lightly

"It kills you every time they go out together, just in case he never comes home and he runs off with her..." Vanessa continued to taunt her sister as she rolled up the crisp packet and threw it into the bin.

"And your jealous of Mia, because she gets more of mothers and Klaus' attention then you do. Because she's like you in every single way only she's nicer and easier to be around which is why you're acting our so you get attention even if it is negative attention. Your just a spoilt, jelous five year old in a sixteen year olds body."

Alec: kissed her back

"At least my parents are still together, and mom actually loves my dad and you know, my dad isn't isolated and alone and forced to live out the rest of his life with no social interaction on some ghostly plane." Vanessa quipped with a light smirk. "And this sixteen year old body is better than yours'll ever be, I could snap your neck like a twig with all the effort you'd use for blinking."

Astrid quickly lost her temper when Vanessa mentioned her father, slapping her as violently as she could across the face. "Shut the f**k up you little brat. Don't you dare threaten me, either." she snapped.

Fleur deepened the kiss.

Vanessa moved and quickly pushed Astrid up against the wall, wrapping a hand around her neck and holding it tight enough that it'd probably leave a bruise later. "I can do what I like, because you're a weak pathetic human that even Mia could kick the crap out of." she hissed, moving the hand that was holding Astrid's shoulder to the wall to join her other hand around Astrid's neck. "All I have to do is twist, no effort at all, and you'd be gone in an instant. The best part is, you wouldn't even come back." she whispered menacingly with a small smirk on her face. "Easier than blinking."

"Kol'd kick your ass." Astrid choked out as she tried to catch her breath, narrowing his eyes at her. "You'd break mothers heart and that would cause Klaus to be pissed with you."

Alec: gently pulled her on his lap matching his kiss to hers

"They'd get over it eventually, Kol'd be relieved that he didn't have to put up with you any longer, he could finally be with blondie, and I was your replacement anyway, all the attention that mom put on you before will go to me, even if it is negative for a decade or so. And dad can never be mad at me for too long anyway... all the problems caused by your death would be temporary and easily worked around." Vanessa shrugged.

"Your tempting me to trigger the curse and drag you to Hawaii on a full moon so I could rip into your pathetic little face." Astrid snapped, her words a little more struggled as she found it harder to breath. Every so often her eyes glanced to the doorway, hoping Kol would come in and make Vanessa let her go soon.

Fleur smiled against his lips.

"He left the instant you went in here, he's not gonna help you. Mom and dad are asleep upstairs, Aunt Rebekah's out shopping and Mia's at school... do you know how easy it would be to get rid of you right here and now?" Vanessa laughed quietly as she tightened her grip a little.

"You wouldn't dare," She choked, closing her eyes briefly when she started to feel light-headed.

"Wouldn't I?" Vanessa asked skeptically.

"I hope you wouldn't. I'd hope that we were closer then that, that I wasn't that disposable to you."

"Close? You hate me, you've never liked me, not really. You saw me as your replacement, and you've never liked me for it. Don't even try and play that card Astrid."

"No that's your views on Mia. We don't all think like you." Astrid spat, beginning to pale now she to the lack of oxygen. Squirming a little bit to try and get free of her. "Let me go, Ness! I can't breath, let me go!" She snapped, fear creeping into her voice.

"Just remember how easy this was for me to do." Vanessa warned as she let her hands drop. "Hit me like that again and I wont hesitate in repeating this."

Astrid slid down the wall onto the floor. Pulling her knees to her chest and coughing a few times before trying to catch her breath. Resting her head on her knees and closing her eyes.

"The same thing will also happen if you tell anyone about this." Vanessa said before she simply walked from the room into the living room and sat on the couch.

Astrid didn't reply to her then, remaining where she was for about five minutes before getting to her feet and focusing on making herself food once again.
