But she was a good friend and the mother of my sons. And losing all of them was a blow, I'm glad you haven't had to go through that."

"You.. She.." Astrid blinked a few times, grimacing a little bit before letting it drop and giving a small nod in response to that. "I- My family, it's a little bit.. confusing. Hard to understand, a lot of people don't get it and to be honest I'm a bit cautious of telling you things incase it scares you away."

I used to be friends with her, you know, kind of... my mother was friends with her mother so.."

"Mm, part of the reason it took me so long to phone you is because my son had his wedding day and, it turned out a young witch had taken a liking to him and he'd declined her as any decent person about to get married would do. As revenge the witch done a spell to make Olivia run away on their wedding day with another man she claimed to love, whom just so happened to be my husband, taking Adam and Olivia's little girl with them. As soon as we sorted all of that out my littlest sister took a turn for the worse, so we've all been at the hospital for ages… she died a few days ago, moments later my mother did too so it's been a rough few months really. Then our father almost gets himself killed last night as you saw on the news…"

"Turns out he's my brother." Astrid replied quietly.

Karl's eyes widened.

"I just want you and the others happy." Sarai replied simply, smiling brightly up at him and grabbing his hands gently. "Love you too though, love you all too. I'm glad mums here though, this place'd be scary with the nasty thing if I was all alone."

Karl just frowned deeply, sliding his arms around Eri's waist and pulling her into him, pressing his lips to her cheek gently.

Sarai just smiled sadly then, "But then mum would be alone.."

Sarai just nodded a little bit in response to that, whispering, "I gotta go speak to Kira now, give mum a chance to speak to you... remember to keep your promise?"

Ivar just nodded. "I'm glad you're alive and well Erika. Maybe we can catch up fully in the future."

Eri nodded and watched as Ivar headed off.

Sarai appeared in Kira's dream world a few moments later.
