"Break - breakfast?"

“It’s only eggs but it’s something at least.” Aleah told her.

"I haven't had breakfast since I was tiny."

"Come and take a seat," She patted where she had been sat. "You two eat, I'm going to scope around, a few more hours and we need to move on."

"I - We?"

"Yeah, Jonothan and I." Aleah told her.

"We don't stay in one place for too long." Jonothan told her. "You can come with us if you want."

"I need to find my family... they - they might be around here somewhere."

"We could help you, at least then you'll be protected."

"Help- help me? Why?"

"Let's just say I know what it's like to lose family."

Leena swallowed thickly, nodding subtly in agreement.

He offered her a plate it was only a plate of two eggs but it was all they had been able to find.

"Thank you..."

He nodded and he sat on the floor opposite her, eating his own eggs. Caspian was lying down next to the door keepig a look out.

Leena quietly stared at the food, glancing around the room at everyone cautiously.

Jonothan watched to where he could see Aleah at the edge of the forest surrounding the old barn and farm house, she was finding sticks and stone, for her new arrows, but also looking for decent escape roots and possible trouble. "Cas, go ad join here, we will be fine."

Caspian nodded and he got himself up, walking down to join his mistress. "My name is Jonothan by the way."

"Leena... my name is Leena." She whispered, offering a coy smile as she cautiously offered a hand out to shake.

He shook her hand gently. "Nice to meet you." He told her with a soft smile.

"Yeah... you too."

"So do you know where you're heading?"

"No, no I'm just. I'm just looking for them, I - they went off.. never came back. Two months ago. I don't know what to do."

"You could travel with us, we are lookin for the place that's not affected by any of this." He told her. "Maybe they've gone there."

"What if they haven't? What- what if they are around here somewhere and need help?"

"Well, it is a big area, but if they've been missin for two moths, it's likely they're not here."

"Great, so they've abandoned me. Your good at comfort." Leena whimpered, hugging her knees to her chest.
