Sophia has argued with fully grown adults for barging past her brother before, if Levi even suspects she’s had a bad day at school all of a sudden we’re running a bakery out of the kitchen to cheer her up. Neither of my kids were planned - me and Reid never discussed having them. But it’s like whatever force there is out there in the universe decided we all needed each other.”

“It is my business. He’s my twin and everyone’s ignoring his issues and it’ll end up worse.”

“I do.” Astrid smiled softly. “Not in like fate or that you’re bound to a certain destiny but I believe there’s something guiding you along the way. On paper me and Reid should’ve never ended up together. But we did. We shouldn’t have been able to stay together but we did… I like to think that someone somewhere is rooting for us.”

“I’m taking Isaac to his dads, so no I won’t be staying in my room.” Olivia hissed before storming upstairs.

“He’s not a doll you can just use as an excuse to not behave Olivia!”

“Impossible.” Odette agreed.

Darya shook her head, pouring her coffee down the sink after a moment and sitting herself down at the counter with a sigh - putting her head in her hands.

"You managed all of that because you worked hard on it, the two of you - not anything like that." Scarlett frowned.

"I'm bringing this water up to Lux, then should we call it a night ourselves? I'm exhausted."

"Fine, just tired. Work was busy, stressful - the attitude from the kids isnt the best thing to come home to."

"Mm." Darya mumbled, scratching sleep out of the corner of her eyes as she leant into him slightly. "How was your day?"

"Hi..." Tesni whispered as she got into the car, just back from seeing Danny in the hospital building. "Are you ready to go home?"

"Oh... that must of been difficult." Darya frowned.

Darya gave a nod of agreement, adding quietly, "Just for the record; if we ever fall apart, you'll always be on that Will too, not just our kids. You're a major part of my life, and you always will be. I think it's horrible how Marlowe got nothing, I understand why she didn't but... I'd never make that choice."

"Yeah, until we are ready for them. I told her it'd probably just be another night though."
