"We do, but last time she got away from you with ease and I don't fancy having my girlfriend mad at me for us losing Rose again, you remember last time?" Damian asked, before he moved to sit up. "Come on Rose, let's go and see your grandmother."

Belle rolled her eyes at him. "Then pray tell, what are you interested in?" She asked him with a playful look on her face.

"Her Majesty will want to see her husband as soon as his soul is returned, she won't be pleased with it being kept from her. Let me care for the child, Sir. She is no fuss, and I will not leave the room with her so - no distractions."

"Not assembling furniture. If you would like to paint, however, I do have a great idea for us." Elliott smirked his amusment.

She raised an eyebrow. "Come on tell me your idea, don't leave me in suspense." She told him as she got to her feet.

"My mother doesn't know anything about this and if I find our you've told her, I'll whack you." Damian told him before he sighed looking to his daughter. "Rose, daddy has to go and sort some things out, I need you to stay here okay?"

"'When the ritual is complete, you can't keep them apart for long. It's all I am saying."

"Oh, no, I don't think you'd cope with it. May be too adventurous for you."

"I don't plan to." He told him. "Just tell my mother to go to the garden of fire lillies by dinner time, but only tell her that I need her to meet me there for a surprise."

Belle looked to him. "Tell me," She walked over to him, her best pout on her lips as she slid her arms around his neck. "Please, if you were my best friend you would tell me." She pouted.

"I will."

"Only your best friend? Oh, oh I am afraid beat friend privileges aren't intimate enough for this."

"You know you're more than that to me." She told him. "Thought best friend would honestly be enough here, but I see I'll have to pull out all the stops." She told him with a playful pout, before her eyes shifted to that of the wolf, this time trying his wolf instead, something she could only do through the bond. "Please can you tell me?"

He nodded. "You lose her and you better hide from me and Alessia."

"Alessia more than you, respectively, Sir." He grinned.

Elliott made a small noise, hus eyes flickering to their honey tones as he tried to keep his wolf on check. "Say the word - say what we are and then I can show you, rather than tell you."

“Please tell me my mate.” She whispered the word softly her wolf blue eyes shining as she acknowledged them her arms still around his neck playing with the hair at the base of his neck.

“Well she will be your queen and truth be told even I’m scared of her sometimes.”

Elliott's lips tucked up into a bright smile, reaching down to put his hand into the paint. Lifting it up and slipping it beneath her top to draw ancient patterns along her waist.

"Woman are terrifying, Sir, it is part of their job."

"Especially when they are queen." He agreed. "Okay fine, watch her with both eyes." He told him as he got to his feet, kissing his daughter's forehead before he disppeared.

Belle squeaked at the coldness of the paint against her heated skin, jumping back. "What the hell?"

He watched him go.

"Painting each other is fun, mm?"

Damian found the three people and he thanked his trackers, relieving them of their duty and he started the ritual. Killing two of them wasn't so bad, that was the easiest part, but he had a difficult job locating his father's soul. "Stubborn bastard" He muttered when he eventually located it, dragging it back to his realm before he walked to the third doppleganger, ready to finish things.

Belle laughed softly. "What did you even paint on me?" She asked as she lifted her top to look at the ancient patterns.

Alessia entered the room just before, back from her partying as soon as she had caught wind of what was going on. Swaying for a few moments before lowering herself to sit on the chair, slurring; "You can do this."

"It's just a promise, that.. that I'm yours."

She looked up to him and she smiled softly. "I promise that I'm yours, always yours." She told him as she walked back to him and she pressed a gentle kiss to his cheek.

Damian tried to not get distracted as he swapped the souls over forcing the soul into the third body before his own strength gave out and he moved to lean against the stone table in front of him.

Alessia pushed herself to her feet and made her way over; wrapping her arms around him to try and support his weight. "I've got you,"

"I know,"

She took her own paint on her finger and she bit her lip as she suddenly made a print on his nose.

He leant into her slightly. "Thank you babe," He looked to the body before him. "This has to work, or I'm out of ideas."

"The fact you are even trying will mean the world to your mother," She assured softly, leaning in to press her lips to his cheek. "Don't overdo it, don't hurt yourself."

Elliott wrinkled his nose, trying not to sneeze.

He looked to the body before him. "It's time to wake up." He told him.

She laughed softly.

Alessia didn't even look toward the body, focus entirely on Damian, drunkenly besotted.

"'It's not funny." He argued lightly, voice muffled with the effort.

He sighed when nothing seemed to happen, his fist hitting the table pretty hard. "Damnit."

She smiled. "Oh I think it is." She told him.

"Careful, careful." She fussed, hand reaching out to grab his hand and pull him into her. "Maybe send for your mother. She calls him her soul piece, he may come for her."

"I'm ticklish!'

"You know it's tiring being brought back, just let me rest for a minute, being king hasn't given you patience I see."

Damian looked at the body and he found his father awake. "You bastard, don't do that!" He told him and he helped Thorin to sit up on the edge of the table.

She raised an eyebrow, mischief suddenly coming to her face as she dipped her hand in more paint. "Ticklish are we?"

Alessia let out a slow breath, leaning back against the wall as the world spun. Closing her eyes to try and find her centre of gravity as Damian walked away - alcohol still in full effect.

"No! No, no, no. Don't you dare!"

When THorin was sitting up, Damian slid an arm around Alessia. "Right, I think you need to go to bed." He told her and he looked to Thorin. "You wait here."

Belle had a mischievious smile on her face as she walked over to him, sliding the paint between her fingers.
