"I'm sure you'll be able to walk past her without an argument happening, daddy." Astrid whispered.

"See, you have nothing to worry about." Noah soothed Kara gently, sighing when she didn't respond and just lifting his gaze to meet Violet's.

"You can find a Prince without having to get rescued by one, Zosia."

"Karl's your son, shouldn't we invite him?"

"What do you want me to say Noah?" Violet sighed.

Kira nodded and took Scott's hand, leading him down to the mortuary. Compelling her way inside and into the room Zoe was being held in, quietly peeling back the cover to show Zoe's face and the top of her shoulders. Her face was sliced and cut open all over the place, her nose and jaw and cheekbones broken and her hair matted with blood.

Scott flinched at the sight of his sister, dropping Kira's hand to rest it on his own forehead. Mumbling something incoherent before taking a step closer to his sisters body. Brushing her hair back off of her face and whispering, "You always get yourself into trouble, don't you? Just can't help yourself... You're a pain in the ass, going and doing this, if you didn't want to baby sit the triplets again you could of just told us, we wouldn't of minded... I hope you found peace, Zo...You and mum and dad. Do me a favour if you can and make whatever it is that controls thing make Dex better real soon? Please? I can't lose him too..." as he continued, his voice began to shake, "I'll look after your boy for you, te-tell him about how much of a spoilt pain in the bum you were...h-how much you adored him...how much-"

"Nothing... I was just- Come with me a second? We need to talk." Noah whispered, kissing the top of Kara's head and whispering gently to her before leaving the room.

"You can ask him if you want to." Astrid whispered quietly.

"Not all of them."

Kira wrapped an arm around him and pulled him to her, kissing his neck gently in comfort. "She was a good person under it all. She'll have found peace, don't worry."

Adam nodded, walking over to Karl and Eri. "Sorry for interrupting, but uh, we're going sightseeing, if you'd like to come with us?"

Violet nodded and headed out.

"It the princess films it does... And you call me princess"

"Because you are a princess, you're a confident, independent princess though. The kind that doesn't need people to rescue her, the kind that princes will travel far and wide not to rescue but to simply meet." Adam replied with a quiet laugh.

Scott just exhaled shakily as he began to tremble, sliding his arms around her gently.

"Don't worry about her being upset, she'll come around eventually. I think she's just missed you." Noah assured quietly once they were outside the room.

"Mm," Karl hummed, glancing to Eri and asking, "Do you want to?"

Never run after any boy, okay? The ones that'll be kind to you will come and find you but you never run after a boy because they'll just hurt you and then I'll have to kill them."

"If Dex doesn't make it thats more or less my entire family minus Tommy gone. Just like that. In one day."

Karl just glanced to Adam and nodded then, "Sure,"

"No, she wants to see you so.." Noah shrugged, "I was just making sure you were okay, that's all."

Adam smiled and headed back to Astrid.

"Dex will pull through, and me and the triplets are your family... We're yours."

Adam just nodded in agreement with Olivia.

"They agree to come?" Astrid asked quietly, even though she already knew they did.

"You don't sound it," Noah mused quietly, adding softly, "I was an idiot, I know I was but I was just trying to do what was best for Kara. Trying to take her away from that world and.. and I think you needed some time to sort your head out. I never stopped caring about you, Violet."

Scott just buried his face in the crook of her neck.

Kira leaned over and pulled the cover over Zoe's head as she held him close.

Adam replied with a quiet laugh, "I never searched for your mother, she never searched for me. It just happened."

"I'm fine," Scott mumbled quietly, "Just fine..."

Astrid just nodded a little bit in response to that.

"Stop what? I'm being honest with you. I never did stop caring, never have, I still do and Kara obviously wants you around... If he hurts you, you have my shoulder to cry on, okay?" Noah whispered with a sigh

Astrid just nodded in response to that, "When are you planning to have it?"

"I'd suggest continuing with the forms to adopt her but.. she needs to live with me, Violet." Noah whispered after a few moments.

"My dad's gone. My mums been dead for years and my sons are gone and I have no family but the twins and Karl wants them to be his best men. And you're my stepmom technically which means other than the twins you're my only family and I need someone to walk me down the aisle and, well..."

"She's old enough to decide if she wants me in her life, if she wants me to adopt her..."

"Eww." Zosia grimaced.

Kira headed upstairs and lead him to the children's ward. Heading into a small room where Thomas was laying asleep in bed, curled up with a drip and monitors. His right arm was potted, as was his right ankle. He had stitches covering his body from glass wounds and his right eye was black but other than that he was okay.

Scott frowned when he saw him and walked over, sitting himself down on the edge of the bed and taking his nephews hand gently.

Scott looked over to smile gently at her before moving his gaze back onto his nephew.
